The location of the hotel is convenient for skiers who want to hit the main Auffach slopes. the museum nearby and common area add to the pleasant atmosphere. the rooms are simple but cozy, with good heating and comfortable beds. the bathroom is functional and includes a good shower. the service is friendly, helpful and accommodating. the breakfast selection is varied and delicious, with plenty of options. Guests can enjoy the small but warm pool and the nice sauna area.
There was some inconsistency in the service at the restaurant, which led to some confusion and miscommunication.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful during our weekend ski break. We enjoyed the convenient location close to the ski bus stop and the easy access to nearby towns. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from, including fresh bread and fruit.
The sauna was still out of order during our stay, which was a bit disappointing. the check-in process could have been more welcoming and informative about the hotel's amenities.

We had a great time during our city trip and enjoyed the central location of our hotel. the staff was friendly and provided us with useful information about the area. the breakfast had a variety of fresh food and awesome coffee, just what we needed to start our day.
The room was a bit outdated and we could hear noises from neighboring rooms.

The staff was amazing, providing useful information and going above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. The location was central and easy to access. Having a pool was a nice bonus.

This hotel in Wildschoenau offers great value for money. The rooms are comfortable with good showers and very comfortable beds. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel like part of their family. The breakfast buffet is plentiful with a great variety of options.

The staff are friendly and provide a high level of service. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and varied, ensuring a good start to the day.
All was absolutely fine, couldn't ask for more.

We had a great stay at this hotel! Best aspects were the amazing staff who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and provided helpful information about this city. The breakfast offered a wide selection of fresh foods, and the hotel's location was convenient for us as we attended a function in the nearby Museum and could easily access the main Auffach slopes.
